Becker BĂŒttner Held (BBH) will deliver a workshop entitled âLegal framework for onshore wind in the EUâduring Husum Wind next week. Â
The global wind market is evolving, regulatory conditions are crucial for investment security. Recent changes in EU legislation have changed the legal landscape of the wind power industry in general, raising questions and creating unknowns for companies wishing to install wind farms in the European geographic region and beyond. This workshop will look into key issues around onshore wind power development, the regulation on EU and national level. Speakers are: Dr Klaus Rave, Chairman of GWEC, Dr Dörte Fouquet, WCRE member and partner of BBH; Dr. Martin Altrock and Dr. Ursula Prall also from BBH.
The workshop will be run on Wednesday 16th September, 12.30-16.30pm and will be followed by a reception. The workshop is a closed session and accessible to GWEC members upon request and upon availability of seating. Enquiries need to be made to Isabelle.prosser@gwec.net
